wow thats way impressive mel mel..... i'm so sorry i've been slacking off and not posting this week. I'm going to be good now i promise. I can't believe you lost 4 lbs this week....I only lost 1lb. pft. whatever you're doing maybe I need to do the same....any major hints or secrets?

I took pictures of myself in my bathing suit. Nearly cried. Need to change that, especially considering Brian wants to take me to the beach, waterparks, etc this summer.

Yeah so this weekend was a bust......bug off. I'm pretending it didnt happen lol. Thus today we start anew .....fresh. I went for a voluntary jog last night after I got home (at 9pm) cause it was nice and i was tired of being cooped up in a car and it was awesome. I really really actually jogged. I'm gonna do that more often.
